Athletic Performance Training for Lacrosse Players

Take advantage of your time during the off season to get into top shape as you prepare for the next one. This 8-week, Lacrosse-specific Athletic Performance Training program will improve your speed, agility and strength and is designed to have you at optimal performance going into the next Lacrosse season. Pick up your stick and be ready to get stronger and faster. Please note this training takes place at the MSA Fieldhouse in Grand Rapids.
