Damon Bosscher, DPT

Physical Therapist

Upon receiving his Bachelors of Science degree from Grand Valley State University, Damon headed to the warmer climate of Florida and the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, which he received in 2011. His interpersonal skills and his passion for health led him to pursue the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Certification for Personal Trainers (NASM-CPT), allowing him to provide advanced personal training services to clients from all backgrounds. Damon states that he grew up playing football, basketball, track and golf, sparking his interest in movement at a young age. After competing in organized sports through his childhood, his interests have transitioned to adventure sports like surfing, snowboarding, paddle boarding and mountain biking. His other interests include playing music, and working for a non-profit organization called The Arc Project, which aims to instill hope and strengthen faith in underprivileged youth through the gift of surfing. On the back of his business card reads, i’m exploring. “I feel most alive when I am exploring the outdoors and sharing those experiences with people that I love. From a clinical perspective, I chose “i’m exploring” because I aim to explore the causes of my client’s pain and dysfunction.”
