Tony attended Michigan State University where he earned his degree in Kinesiology and played lacrosse for the Spartans. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Tony has over 10 years of experience practicing physical therapy. His therapeutic knowledge and manual skills are well rounded from attending multiple courses in different schools of thought in the physical therapy profession. He is certified in industrial rehab services, TMJ disc relocation, dynamic movement analysis and has published articles on lumbar instability. He enjoys working with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries, chronic pain programs, sports related injuries, and return to work programs. He is married with 2 boys and enjoys running, lifting weights, hunting, fishing, golfing and camping with his family.
His business card says I’m Safeguarding. Tony believes in fixing his patient’s pain and dysfunction, while educating the patient on how to make sure the pain or restriction does not return. He is a firm believer in utilizing research to decrease any modifiable risk factors related to reoccurrence. He believes therapy can be made fun and rewarding.
